I built DirectAirportTaxi.com to make it simple to find a genuinely fixed-price, licensed airport transfer anywhere in the UK. I write, verify, and maintain everything on this site directly — from the route pricing to the travel guides.
Why I built this site
Airport transfer pricing in the UK can be genuinely confusing. A metered black cab, a surge-priced app fare, and a fixed-price transfer can all quote wildly different amounts for the same journey, and it isn’t always obvious which operators are properly licensed. I built DirectAirportTaxi.com to close that gap: a free, independent place to see a fixed price upfront, understand exactly what’s included, and book with a fully licensed UK Private Hire Operator.
Every fare on the site is checked directly against our live booking system before it’s published, and I review and update pricing regularly as routes and costs change, rather than letting it go stale.
Background
I’m the director of Computer Troubleshooters Redbridge Ltd, a UK-registered technology company, where I run a portfolio of digital businesses including DirectAirportTaxi.com. My background is in web development, SEO, and building lead-generation platforms end-to-end — site architecture, content, and the technical side alike.
That work also runs commercially through Search Craft Lab, my web-services brand, which builds and maintains sites for selected clients.
Alongside the digital businesses, Computer Troubleshooters Redbridge Ltd provides IT support services, including a day-rate support contract with the Ministry of Justice.

Supporting our Northern Ireland transfer services, the company is also a member of the Bangor Chamber of Commerce in County Down and the Ballymena Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry in County Antrim. Through its ID1Verify service it is a member of the Havering Chamber of Commerce.
Away from the digital businesses, I volunteer with the youth programme at Redbridge Cricket Club, a local ECB-affiliated club.
